On the day of arrival you will have been asked an approximate time of drop off for your pet, if you are running late please could you call and advise. Please be aware that most of the time the pet lodge is run by one person and if we need to collect animals etc we do have to stick to appointments. On Collection of your pet please call before arrival just to make sure I am in and not out collecting pets or food, hay etc: thus saving you a wasted journey.
Please ring the bell on the intercom on the gate and I will come straight out to let you in, we keep the gate locked at all times for security reasons.
You may be greeted by some barking of my dogs Dylan and Fifi, I will apologise now for their noise but assure you their bark is worse than their bite and without the gates there they would crawl and hide. They are very placid dogs and if you have any fears of them disturbing your pets while they stay here I can assure you they have been bought up with all types of animals and do not bother with them at all, my little whippet (yes I did say Whippet that normally chase rabbits) go’s up to my rabbits and gives them a big old kiss in the mornings, I’m sure its only because she can smell carrots and try’s to pinch it from them.
