Our three budgies, Dobby, Fidget and Stiggy have taken their holidays with Kyla at the Pets Lodge twice now and tell us they love it there! Kyla collected and brought them back them in their own cage; nothing seems too much trouble and its so lovely to find someone so enthusiastic about the animals they look after. Dobby is the latest budgie we have and was bought from the Pets Lodge and I have to say can we definitely recommend them if you are thinking of buying a budgie. Their birds are really top notch! Top of the range service all round.

Our two cats Frankie & Freddie were in safe hands whilst we were away over easter. Kyla came to our home to feed them, clear up any mess and keep them company twice a day. We have our main holiday coming up soon and have booked the boys in for Kyla to come back. We feel at ease knowing we have the cats being looked after someone who has a good approach to animals.
I would highly recommend the cat sitting service.

Rockie our Blue Crowned Conure has stayed at the Pet Lodge several times. The first time we left him we were really worried, as we had never left him with strangers. However the questions that Kyla asked and the interest she showed, put our mind at rest, as did the texts telling us he was settling in well.
Because his cage is so big we cannot fit it into our car, so Kyla and Paul collect and return him in their van.
We would not consider letting any-one else look after him, not even family. He visits the Pet Lodge a happy talkative bird and returns the same, with no sulking and he can sulk if not happy.

We have just returned home from a Easter weekend break and we left our red capped parrot(Charlie) with Kyla and to say we were impressed with the service would be an understatement.When we arrived to drop her off we were greated with a warm and friendly welcome and equally well maintained pet lodge,Kyla asked us about feeding habits and sleep times and waking up times and interacted with Charlie instantly and not just left her alone.We would be more than happy to leave Charlie at Weston Coyney pet lodge again or any other pets we may have in the future.thank you for such an excellent and personal service and we would highly recommend your services.

This is the first time we have used Weston Coyney Pet Lodge and don’t have the words to describe how awesome they were! Our Jacque had just lost a mate and we were worried about him being depressed.. but no chance of that on his holiday! He came back an ounce bigger and alot happier! Kyla was so great- we had a laugh at the adorable (and very personalized!) message we got “from Jacque” while we were on holiday.. and it was obvious Kyla and her family had taken a personal interest in him and not just left him to on his own for five days! On his return, Kyla told us all about his stay, showed us pictures- and even brought us back some dandelion leaves which she’d discovered he loved! She treated him as if he was one of her own animals, and you could tell they really enjoy what they do! Even if it’s just for a few nights when we’re away, we’d definitely use them again!

This is the first time Ayo and Ifa have stayed at the Weston Coyney Pet Lodge and I was extremely happy with the kind and caring approach Kyla had to looking after them. They are incredibly hectic and energetic animals and very cheeky but were treated to a holiday themselves, both of them were well fed, exercised in their little balls and spoilt for the weekend. It was lovely to even receive a text from them whilst away which was a really personal touch to the service. Nothing was too much trouble and Kyla was happy to allow us to arrive early to drop them off. The lodge is a wonderful place and was a little home from home for Ayo and Ifa, they will definitely be back over the summer holidays

I stayed at Weston Coyney Pet Lodge for the first time last week for a long weekend. I don’t usually get to go on a holiday like this as my mum is a veterinary nurse who worries so much about leaving me with people she doesn’t know. When we arrived at the pet lodge mum was really nervous and we were greeted by Kyla who chatted to my mum and said hello to me;  instantly mum relaxed. Kyla asked lots of questions about what I like and disliked and what I was allowed and not allowed just so I stuck by the rules whilst I was staying at the lodge. Mum left very happy and relaxed as she knew I was in safe hands as Kyla was both friendly and professional. I was cared for so well and I let mum know each day by text that I was ok and that I was having a good time. I can’t wait to go back to the pet lodge and I know it won’t be long before I am back as my mum was so pleased with the care and attention  I received. Nothing was too much trouble for Kyla she treated me like one of her own.

Weston Coyney Pet Lodge is where we have been putting our Guinea Pig ‘Spikey’ for the last few times we have gone on holiday. Kyla has made the lodge a home from home and she gives us huge piece of mind that Spikey is being well looked after! She treats them like her own and offers the best care around. My two boys love receiving text messages from Spikey while we are away giving us updates on his very own holiday at the Pet Lodge!!! We will always use the pet lodge and fully recommend it to fellow pet lovers

I have been using Weston Coyney Pet Lodge for my 2 rabbits, Benjy and Bubbles, for almost a year now and it’s fab!! My rabbits instantly make themselves at home – Benjy on the log and Bubbles in the tray of hay! They are so happy and relaxed here which is all down to Kylas tender loving care. Knowing they are being so well looked after while I am away is great piece of mind. My rabbits love it here and I HIGHLY recommend it!

Pet lodge is a brilliant place,we leave our house rabbit Jack there(he has been goin for over a year now),but what is so good about it is Kyla is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble,she also gives great advice if your unsure about anything (jacks carrotts were upsetting his stomach and kyla advised it might be that) jack gets his usual hugs eveyday and he doesnt like straw to sleep on he has a blanket and all that is catered for,the place is lovely,clean and cosy for the animals,and my daughter feels more relaxed when she gets texts while away to say jacks ok,and jack also loves his holiday to,higly recommened. thankyou

We have recently been using Weston Coyney Pet Lodge for our guinea pig “Mario” and have been really impressed with the level of service. Kyla is incredibly helpful and takes really good care of the animals giving them veggie treats, cuddles and even clipped Mario’s nails for him! The Pet Lodge has been very flexible and accommodating to our needs and we will certainly be using them again in future.
